Friday is my last official in person workshop this year with the club at my studio. We are now entering my final year of official teaching and I am already making so many changes. I am slimming down my potrait offerings and making some huge changes in pricing and how I do things. This year I gave so many discounts for workshops/sessions/mentoring because I know the economy hasn't been great and mostly because I know knowledge is power. I know if you have stronger skills in posing, wrapping, lighting and of course AI you can charge more, do more and extend beyond your reach. I can tell you that in 2025 I will not be doing 50% on anything. I said that for this year and then the whole year and economy was just so bad I had to - to help others.

I am revamping all of my websites, the school, the members site and the AI site and really everything.

I have provided more in person workshops than any other newborn educator in more countries and more states and have also provided more discounts than anyone I know. I have also kept a very busy studio schedule and well things have to change.

I love teaching, I love helping others and I also love running my own studio. I have amazing trainers that are stepping up to provide training and I am confident they will be able to help others. I know many believe I won't quit teaching and I am not in general.

Yes I will still teach online but I will be cutting out the crazy travel with the states and countries. I will work East to West - NY and California and focus on more advanced mentoring and private teaching.

If I do offer any type of classes they will be advanced levels. I will no longer be offering basic newborn training unless it is in a mentoring environment. I am confident the certified trainers can handle the basic level classes that are so needed.

My certified trainer program has closed, opened, closed opened and will officially end this year. In 2026 the certified trainer program will not be an option to join. If you were thinking of joining my certified trainer program this is the final opportunity. We have opened it back up for 48 more hours and then it closes permanently. Some of my certified trainers are not ready to train but when they are ready I will be here to support them. The purpose of having certified trainers is so I can refer those who come to me for training. There are a whole slew of people that need training and I am here to mentor and guide the certified trainers to help others. Of course if you want to train others you don't need my help but I think having a support team is super helpful in navigating a training career, and I am sharing my experiences with only these trainers to help guide them.

So please, if you can take advantage of these year end sales. I have extended them all for another day or two and then I will start the website revamp process and make adjustments as needed.
